Relationship Counseling
Although starting therapy is not easy many couples that begin therapy create a process for overcoming their difficulties. Building communication and trust can lead to a balanced and peaceful life and promote emotional well-being.
The main benefit of couples counseling is that it can help establish healthy relationships through encouragement and guidance. The overall goal of the counseling is to encourage and help you to have balanced interactions that promote emotional wellness.
Upon completing the initial consultation couples are asked to commit to eight sessions. An evaluation will take place at the end of this period to determine if and how we will proceed.
